YOUR INDOOR SPACE Enjoy a great night’s sleep and ultimate relaxation in this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo, perfect for families or friends. Comfortably accommodating up to four guests, the primary suite features a king-sized bed, spacious closet, and ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed with a nearby bathroom. All bedding and pillows are encased in protective covers for your peace of mind. Traveling with little ones? A Pack 'n Play and other infant essentials are provided for your convenience. The condo includes a full-sized washer and dryer with laundry supplies, making longer stays easy. The spacious living room, complete with a smart TV, board games, and reading material, is perfect for relaxing evenings. An open kitchen, dining, and living area allow everyone to spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, baking sheets, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, and basic condiments and spices, making cooking at home a breeze. COMMUNITY SPACE The community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your stay, including a pool and a year-round heated hot tub. While the pool isn’t heated during the colder months, the hot tub remains inviting throughout the year. The community REC center serves as an additional gathering spot, featuring a full kitchen and dining area. There is also a fitness center with limited cardio equipment and resistance training. Enjoy a meal or a snack at the community grill and eating area, where you can also take in stunning sunset views. For a leisurely stroll or a place for the kids to play, simply follow the paved sidewalks on either side of the property to reach Marilyn Redd Park, located just a short walk away. PARKING You will have one covered parking space assigned to you. There are also many available uncovered parking spaces as well as RV parking for trailers and toys. Guests will have full access to the condo space, except for a locked owner’s closet. Guests will also have access to the pool and hot tub area, along with the REC center. There is also an assigned covered parking spot provided but guests may also park in any uncovered parking space. Your co-hosts, J and Amy, are available when needed and live a short 5-10 minutes from the condo. They will be happy to help you when needed. *Our home is a No-Smoking and No Pets property and there will be a $300 fine if evidence of either is found. *Quiet hours are home 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. *We ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays. * Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply. * Use of the pool, hot tub, and REC center requires a key fob. If the fob is lost, guests will be charged $200 to replace.

February 2026 5.00Positive: Property owner provided link and all pertinent information prior to our stay. They were in contact with us throughout our stay. They accommodated our slightly early arrival as the cleaning crew had completed their job. Condo was well stocked with standard needs. Negative: This is not against the host, as they were without flaw. But the city is under construction and is exceptionally new. GPS is majorly flawed. In our travels within the city, it would direct us to different addresses and would change its mind multiple times on a single block, would tell you to turn at a light that didn't exist, and would tell you how to get to a property but there would be no home where they guided us. We'd be a football field away because the roads are so new GPS doesn't even have them. GET EXPLICIT UPDATED DIRECTIONS.
